What is Campus and who can use it?
Campus is a social app designed for university students to share, explore, and message around their campus. During registration, the user base is verified and restricted by university email and university selection.

Why is a university email required for registration?
To verify the student network and reduce spam or irrelevant accounts, you must use a valid university email address during registration.

Why is email verification mandatory?
To confirm that the account belongs to you and to increase security, you are asked to verify your email after registration. Full access to the app's features is restricted until verification is complete.

Why aren't my comments or social features working right after signing up?
When you first create your account, comments or certain social features might take a few minutes to fully synchronize in our system. If they don't work immediately, please wait a few minutes, then try logging out and logging back into your account.

I forgot my password, what should I do?
You can regain access to your account using the "forgot password" option on the login screen. Ensure you still have access to the email address you registered with.

Can I log into my account from another device?
Yes, but if you intend to log into your account from a new device, it is highly recommended that you first log out of your current device to ensure proper data synchronization and security.

Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can close or delete your account. This option is available in the settings menu. If you no longer have access to the app, you can submit a request via our support email.

What will I see on the home feed?
The home feed combines posts from users you follow and content from the same university, highlighting both your interests and your campus.

What is the difference between Explore and the home feed?
In the Explore section, you can switch between a feed closer to your country/campus context and a broader "global" feed. The home feed is specifically focused on your followings and campus.
Posting & Interaction

What can I share in a post?
You can share text, multiple images, and link previews, and even tag (mention) other users. Interactions such as liking, commenting, and quote-posting are also supported.

How do messages work?
You can start a new chat directly from your inbox and maintain 1-to-1 conversations. Push notifications are available for new messages, provided device permissions are enabled.
Safety, Privacy & Settings

How do I block a user or report content?
Options to report and block are available in-app for objectionable content or users. Posts from users you have blocked will not be shown in your feeds.

What should I do if I'm not receiving notifications?
Check your phone's settings for Campus notification and background data permissions. Ensure you are logged in. If the problem persists, please contact support.

What can be found in the settings section?
You can access saved posts, account information, blocked users, light/dark theme toggle, terms of use, and our privacy policy from the settings menu.

How is my data protected?
Your personal data is processed strictly within the framework of the privacy policy shown in the app and applicable legislation. We recommend reading the full privacy policy for details.

Which languages does the app support?
The interface uses a robust multi-language infrastructure. The complete list of supported languages can be checked from Settings or your respective app store description.
