Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Campus mobile application ("Campus", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Muhammed Emin Çelik.

By accessing or using Campus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.

1. Eligibility

Campus is a university-based social network intended for students.

To use Campus, you must:

• Be at least 17 years old
• Register using a valid university email address
• Provide accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these conditions are not met.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials
• Impersonate another person
• Create misleading or false identities

3. User-Generated Content

Campus allows users to create and share content, including posts, comments, messages, and images ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting content, you grant Campus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Campus to:

• Post or share hateful, discriminatory, or abusive content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Share illegal, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam or unsolicited content
• Attempt to disrupt or exploit the platform

5. Zero Tolerance Policy

Campus maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to:

• Hate speech
• Harassment or bullying
• Threats or violence
• Sexually explicit material
• Graphic or disturbing content
• Illegal activities

Any violation may result in immediate content removal and permanent account suspension.

6. Moderation, Reporting, and Safety

To maintain a safe environment, Campus provides safety features including:

• Reporting: Users can report objectionable content or accounts directly within the app. All reports are logged securely for immediate administrative review.
• Blocking: Users can block others to prevent interaction or visibility.
• Moderation: We actively review all reports. We take action, including manual content removal, temporary restrictions, and permanent bans (ejecting users who provide offending content).

We aim to review and act on reported objectionable content within 24 hours.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by Campus (excluding User Content), including design, branding, and functionality, are owned by Campus and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Copyright & Content Removal

If you believe that content on Campus infringes your copyright, you may contact us at:

support@usecampus.com

Please include:

• A description of the copyrighted work
• A link or reference to the infringing content
• Your contact information

We will review and take appropriate action, including removal of content where necessary.

9. Messaging and Communication

Campus provides one-to-one messaging features.

You agree not to use messaging to:

• Harass or abuse others
• Send spam or unsolicited content

Misuse of messaging features may result in restrictions or account suspension.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Campus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no warranties regarding:

• Availability or reliability
• Accuracy of content
• Fitness for a particular purpose

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campus and its operator shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or content
• User-generated content

Your use of the service is at your own risk.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of Campus constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
