Campus is a social feed and messaging application built exclusively for university students. It brings users together through verified campus emails, creating a secure university-focused network.

Main Feed & Navigation

• Home Feed: Stay updated with posts from the people you follow and peers from your university. Features infinite scroll and a pull-to-refresh experience.
• Intuitive Navigation: A seamless bottom menu containing Home, Explore, a quick-post button, Notifications, and Profile tabs.
• Quick Messaging: Easily access your inbox right from the top bar of the home feed, complete with unread message badges.

Security & Verified Profiles

• Exclusive Access: Registration requires a valid university email address. A stringent email verification flow ensures that full app access is only granted to verified students.
• Profile Customization: Set up your unique username, profile picture, and bio. We guide you through the process with smooth onboarding screens.

Posts & Interaction

• Rich Media & Text: Share text posts (with optimized character limits) and multiple images. Enjoy full-screen image viewing, link previews, and user mentions within text.
• Engagement: Like, reply with nested comments, and see who liked content. You can also quote-post content you find interesting.
• Curated Experience: Save posts to view them later from your settings, and easily report inappropriate content using our built-in report flows.

Explore & Search

• Discover: Browse through Global feed tabs and feeds tailored close to your country or campus context with continuous scrolling.
• Intelligent Search: Find your friends instantly with debounced search functionality, recent search logs, and smart suggestions.

Your Profile & Social Graph

• Build Your Network: Follow and unfollow users, and easily view your follower and following lists.
• Identity Settings: Profiles feature individual stats, biographies, and automatic display of your university name and country flags.

Messaging & Notifications

• 1-to-1 Messaging: Start private chats from your central inbox. Chat screens feature dedicated media gallery views and a robust background data layer.
• Stay Alert: Integrated Push Notifications (FCM) ensure you know when you receive messages. In-app banners appear while active, and tapping a notification drops you directly into the chat. A detailed activity center allows you to see unread counts and mark alerts as read.

Environment & Moderation

• Control Your Experience: Easily block users and manage your blocked list. The content of blocked users is automatically filtered out of your feeds to maintain a safe environment. Users you block cannot send you messages, like your posts, or comment on your posts.
• Flag System: To make it easy to understand where verified users are studying, country flags are displayed next to university names. If your university's flag happens to be missing, a default flag (such as the Turkish flag) might automatically appear. If you spot this, send our support team an email, and we will update it!

Settings & Accessibility

• Toggle between Light and Dark themes according to your preference.
• Find your saved posts, past activity, account info, privacy options, and terms in one place.
• Features multi-language (l10n) infrastructure and an in-app web view for safely opening external links.
